Dear Friends:
On behalf of the Border Bowl Committee, please accept our sincere thanks for your support in preparing for our 2011 Border Bowl at the University of the Cumberlands. Because of your support, nearly 5,000 attended the game, an estimated 120,000 watched the televised event, and 14,000 viewed it on the Internet. Most of our hotels and restaurants have reported January 14 and 15 as banner days.
Tennessee won the 4th Annual Border Bowl 28-18 and now has been victorious in three of the four games. Congratulations to all coaches and athletes from both teams. This truly continues to be a great event for our community. We couldn’t have done it without your support.
Thank you for being an All-Star!
Sincerely,
KY-TN Border Bowl Committee
